Toshiba Debuts AT270 tablet with Tegra 3 and quad-core CPU
During the NVIDIA presentation at MWC 2012 a new Toshiba tablet made its way. A different Toshiba tablet, unlike other models frome the Japanese: a 7.7 inches model.
The prototype shown at CES and MWC comes in with an interesting list of specifications for a new Toshiba tablet — it’s thinner than Toshiba Thrive series.
The new Toshiba tablet currently known under the code name AT270 includes a 7.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 1280×800 resolution, and runs on a 1.5GHz quad-core processor from Nvidia, the Tegra .
Unlike the prototype shown at CES, the new Toshiba AT270 presented by NVIDIA at MWC 2012 has a slightly improved design, with a microSD slot, USB port and a 3.5 mm jack.
Toshiba AT270 is equipped with two cameras, but their resolution is unknown at this time. Same goes for availability and pricing.
