Samsung Galaxy Note 2 coming in October in Two Colors

 

After a little more than 24 hours after the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, many people ask when the long-awaited new phablet of the Korean manufacturer will make its debut.

According to reports in the SamMobile, it was revealed by a reseller whose name has not been mentioned, that the successor of the first Samsung Galaxy Note should arrive on the market during the fourth week of October 1.

Based on the findings of a screenshot of the database vendor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 should be sold to one day in two different colors: a Ceramic White (different from the “White Marble” of the Samsung Galaxy S III) and a vaguely defined TBD (could be a blue variant).

Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8 Unveiled with Android 4.0 ICS

 

Samsung has officially launched its new super media player, a device characterized by a design that is reminiscent of the Galaxy S III and a display that is similar to that of a small tablet.

The Nexus 7 Arrives in Europe

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Launched in India as Galaxy Note 800

 

Not long after it was released in the U.S. and the United Kingdom, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is also available in India. However, there is a different name: the Galaxy Note 800.

Samsung India eStore is offering only the white, 3G version of the Note 800, for 38,500 INR (about $695) . The black version will probably be released soon.

The Galaxy Note 10.1/800 is the first quad-core (1.4 GHz) Samsung tablet. Acer Launches Gallant Liquid and Gallant Liquid Duo

 

Acer is preparing for the IFA 2012 with two terminals that are brought to the event in Berlin next week: the Gallant Liquid and Gallant Liquid Duo.

Based on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the Acer Liquid Gallant can count on a 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch display with qHD resolution and a camera with 5 megapixels.

Among other features of the Acer Gallant Liquid incluide a 4GB of built-in memory (with expansion via microSD), Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b / g / n, 1,500 mAh battery and, as regards the Duo version, supports Dual- SIM.

Sony Unveiled the Xperia J

 

Yet another Android smartphone from Sony has been revealed before its official presentation: the Sony Xperia J.

Already the subject of rumors in recent weeks, the Sony Xperia J (codenamed ST26i ) is a low-end terminal equipped with some interesting features, like a 4-inch display and a 1700 mAh battery.

The Russian webzine, mobile-review.com, has published an in-depth preview of the terminal with which reveals some of its features, among which are 512MB of RAM, a main camera 5 megapixel with LED flash and a front support MicroSD.

LG Optimus Black: Confirmed the Update to Android 4.0 ICS

ASUS Transformer Pad TF300: Released Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean Update

After selling its first high end Android phone for $200, Xiaomi in China has announced a new smartphone, called Xiaomi Phone 2 (or MI-2).

The Xiaomi Phone 2 runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and, like its predecessor, comes with MIUI interface. It also has impressive specifications, among which are: quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 S4, HD screen (IPS) 4.3-inch, 8 MP camera with rear illuminated, 2 MP front camera, internal memory of 16 GB and 2 GB of RAM (it seems that this feature is becoming the new standard for smart phones Android high end).
